Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

 

We ship all over South Arfica, if you have a physical address, we will deliver. 

We can deliver to a Post Office or Postnet, but we prefer a physical address.

We use Fastway or Aramex couriers.

Your order should be delivered within 2 to 3 working days and no more than 5 days from date of approved order (when proof of payment was received); this is of course area dependent.

Deliveries are only made on working days (Mon-Fri) and within working hours to the address stipulated on your order. Public holidays are excluded.

If you wish to change your shipping address, you may do so by contacting us. However, we are unable to make any changes once your order has been dispatched.

You may order online and collect once we confirmed that your order is ready for collection at Ilse Roux Bridal at Old Oak Centre, Meerlust St, Bellville. This will take between 1 - 3 working days after we received your proof of payment. Remember to bring your order number and any form of identification.

Return/Exchange Policy


We will accept any exchanges on Chubby Cheeks product(s) bought on our website provided the item returned is in new/unused condition. Chubby Cheeks product(s) that are not in the original state will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost and no exchange or refund will be provided.

If you bought your Chubby Cheeks product from a retailer/agent or vendor, you will need to contact the appropriate person for assistance.

Damaged products:
If the damaged Chubby Cheeks product is due to a factory fault, we will repair/replace the Chubby Cheeks product in the same style, size and colour (subject to availability) at no cost to you.

If factory fault damaged Chubby Cheeks product cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be given.

Any items that are deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Exchange/Return Process:
If you need to exchange a Chubby Cheeks product, please email us at hello@chubbycheeks.online for further assistance. Should reason of return be that the Chubby Cheeks product contain factory fault, please attach an image of the product in your email.

Should the exchange/return comply with our exchange/return policy, you will be directed further via email.

If the Chubby Cheeks product(s) are damaged due to factory fault, we will pay all transport costs. For any other reason of exchange/return, you will have to pay the transport costs.

Before returning, please enclose a note with the product that contains the following information:

Name and surname
Order number
Cell number
Reason of return
