Carla & Anemike met 8 years ago, when both of them were involved in the wedding industry. They became good friends and soon realised that they share many passions - people, coffee and kids. Especially kids. Both of them had to deal with a difficult journey when it comes to having children. The way in which they supported each other and became aware of the blessing of having a child, is how                                      was born.

 

Carla & her husband, Driaan, started their family planning in 2013. After not being able to fall pregnant in 2 years’ time, they started a journey with specialists and treatments. Walking this tough path made them more aware of their dependence on God, good friends and family. Although they do not have kids yet, they firmly believe that it will be their portion in the near future. In the meanwhile, they enjoy spending time with all the other kids in their lives.

 

Anemike & Hardi's journey also started in 2013, when Anemike was diagnosed with a condition which has a great impact on her fertility.  Despite this, their first daughter was born in 2015, which was a real miracle. Two years later their twins were born very prematurely (at only 28 weeks) because the one stopped growing. They weighed a mere 1320g and 590g each. They spent 86 days in NICU. By a miracle and the grace of God they are now happy and healthy and changing lives through their testimony. Carla & Driaan are the proud godparents of these three girls!
